Your reflections are yours.

The short version

What you write here stays with you. Sessions are saved privately on your own device. If you choose to sign in, they are also kept privately in your own account — so they can follow you between your phone and your laptop. Only you can see them.

We never sell your information, never show ads, and never share your reflections with anyone.

Without signing in

Everything you write is stored only in the memory of the browser or app on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere. Clearing your browser storage — or uninstalling the app — removes it.

If you sign in

Signing in (with Google or an email link) is entirely optional. When you are signed in, your sessions are copied to your own private account space so they can appear on your other devices. This space is protected so that only you — signed in as you — can read it.

If you sign out, new sessions go back to being saved only on that device. Deleting a session removes it everywhere it was saved.

How the companion works

When you reflect, your words are sent to an AI service that composes the gentle responses you see. Those responses are meant as a companion for reflection — not as counsel, diagnosis, or spiritual authority. Scripture, community, and wise human counsel remain the deeper guides.

Your reflections are never sold and never used to advertise to you.

A note on care

This app is a quiet companion, not a substitute for human care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a pastor, spiritual director, counselor, or trusted friend. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the United States, or your local emergency number.

Your choices

  • Delete any session from "My past sessions" — permanently, on every device it was saved.
  • Sign out at any time; your device copy stays.
  • Use the app signed out forever — nothing requires an account.
